Meet Velika Prahova, a contemporary artist whose work explores the subtle relationship between people and nature. Working with straw, wild clay, and natural materials, she creates minimal, contemplative sculptures rooted in land art and direct engagement with the landscape.

Velika took part in the Craftwork 4.0 All Mobility Program at “Small House” in Ockelbo, Sweden, where she connected with makers from across Europe and explored new ways to combine traditional techniques, experimentation, and cultural heritage. The residency strengthened her interest in natural materials and deepened her artistic research.
