Leading the Way to Sustainable Business Practices | SustainSMEs Project

 OECON Group Bulgaria recently embarked on an empowering journey to Leeuwarden, Netherlands as part of the training of trainers of the SustainSMEs project. During this event, VET trainers from six EU countries were introduced to the role of the “Sustainability Regulator,” a job position developed within the project. 

 Participants had the opportunity to pilot the SustainSMEs VET Curriculum and course, along with the  Digital Audit Tool. These essential resources enable Sustainability Regulators to enhance the sustainability performance of their enterprises. 

 Looking ahead, SustainSMEs Project plans to provide training to 10 SME managers in Bulgaria. This training will equip them with the knowledge to effectively control the sustainability performance of their businesses.
