Craft and Art as a Bridge – Exploring EU Programmes for Creative and Social Impact | Craftwork4.0All

On 19 March 2026, OECON GROUP Bulgaria will organise the session “Craft and Art as a Bridge – Exploring EU Programmes for Creative and Social Impact”, implemented within the framework of the European project Craftwork4.0All.

The session will take place at TexTailor Expo in Plovdiv, and will be delivered by Elena Kopanarova, Project Manager at OECON GROUP Bulgaria.

It will explore how European programmes such as Creative Europe, Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe can support artists, craftspeople, textile professionals and cultural practitioners in developing projects that connect craftsmanship and contemporary design with key EU priorities, including sustainability, innovation, social inclusion and cultural diversity.

Participants will learn about funding opportunities, mobility and collaboration possibilities, discover examples of EU-funded initiatives in crafts and textiles, and gain inspiration on how to develop their own ideas related to craft heritage, circular economy and creative entrepreneurship.
