Kopanarova, Elena is Head of the European Programs Cooperation Department. She has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia and has a Certificate of specialization in Accounting and Tax from the Economic and Technical Institute IVAN ILIEV, Bulgaria. Her promotion into Head of European Programs Cooperation Department was based on her experience and expertise in developing and implementing European programs. She often participates in meetings and conferences of European institutions and organizations. Indicative programs have been completed and Elena was the manager for the writing and implementations: SmartPA, Balkan Coalition, Thusaurus, Coaching and Cooperate Management Skills for Professional Development, VABpro Town Twinning.
Niya Andonova

Niya Andonova is a Journalism and Psychology student in the American University in Bulgaria. She has actively participated in and coordinated Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training course, gaining hands-on experience in European project management. With a background as an intern at NGO and a strong commitment to volunteering, she is passionate about driving positive change through European projects and youth initiatives.
Viola Rodionova

Viola Rodionova is an undergraduate student majoring in Audiovisual Arts and Entertainment Industry Production at South-West University “Neofit Rilski” in Bulgaria. Through her studies and participation in European projects and courses, she is developing expertise in culturology, the arts, PR and marketing, as well as sustainable practices. She is now beginning her career as an assistant in European projects, serving as a board member at Oecon Group Bulgaria.
