The Theatre Movement draws inspiration from the Rainbow of Desire method, a dynamic technique that reenacts everyday situations to uncover the hidden elements of our relationships, emotions, and internal barriers. This method allows participants to delve into internalized oppressions and conflicting desires, providing a unique opportunity to articulate and understand complex systems of thoughts, attitudes, and feelings.
